Ellijahna (El-ee-ah-na) is an Australian journalist, writer, and TV producer turned political media advisor. In 2017, at the age of 23, Ellijahna was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease. It was the answer she was looking for… but, as she soon discovered, with that diagnosis came more questions than answers. Ellijahna has since made it her mission to shed some light into the realities of living with the condition, and empower those who may be struggling. This is Ellijahna’s story of healing, finding her feet again, and coming to terms with her new self. But above all, this a story about staring death in the face, surviving and thriving. This is a story about crushing Cushing’s.
