Hello! I am a Cushings Disease Columnist from Columbus, OH. She started noticing symptoms of Cushings about 3 years ago. After years of symptom progression, doctor’s visits and far too many tests she was diagnosed with Cushings Disease and treated in 2022 with brain surgery. Her column, “The Cushing’s Chronicles,” is meant to not only share her journey through this unpredictable disease, but also give others hope through the process. Having a rare disease is not only difficult, but it can also feel very isolating. She hopes to help cultivate community through her column and help others feel less alone.
